Bayern Innovativ reports about exhaust components

EASA STC approved 3d-printed exhaust part. This exhaust muffler is made with Inconel.

Interest in 3D-manufactured aircraft exhaust components goes viral.

Bayern Innovativ also reports on our EASA-approved exhaust components in its e-magazine.

By using a metallic additive manufacturing process based on a nickel alloy (Inconel), it was possible to optimize the component geometry, eliminate weld-related weak points, and significantly increase the component’s service life. At the same time, the fully documented process chain creates the prerequisites for reproducibility and certifiability in regulated industries such as aviation.
